Greet the day with guided breathwork and a gentle exploratory run through the surrounding landscape, grounding movement with nature.
The morning is dedicated to comprehensive fitness testing, measuring four key performance pillars. Afterward, face your first challenge: a push-focused strength circuit before refuelling with lunch.
The afternoon invites restoration. Unwind by the pool, stretch out and allow the body to recover before enduring your final session of the day, a high-energy boxing workout, sharpening both physical and mental focus.
Wind down with sunset yoga, easing the nervous system before an elegant al fresco dinner, preparing you for the transformative days ahead.

Day three is dedicated entirely to recovery and regeneration. Begin with guided sauna and ice bath sessions to support circulation, reduce inflammation, and accelerate physical recovery.
Throughout the day, enjoy restorative massages and nourishing, thoughtfully prepared meals designed to refuel and repair the body.
In the afternoon, reconnect with nature on a gentle hike through Mallorca’s rolling hills, encouraging movement without strain. As evening approaches, unwind with a guided stretching session to release tension, restore mobility, and prepare both body and mind for the second half of the week ahead

Wake with guided morning breathwork, followed by a light shakeout run to energise the body.
Refuel with a wholesome breakfast before moving into a focused leg-strength training session designed to build power and resilience.
The late morning and early afternoon feature educational seminars led by expert guest speakers, offering insight and practical tools to support performance, mindset, and long-term wellbeing.
As the day progresses, return to training with a technical boxing session, sharpening skill and precision.
The evening concludes with a relaxed group dinner, providing space to connect, reflect, and recharge for the days ahead.

Day five focuses on upper-body and core development, beginning with a targeted strength session designed to build stability, control, and functional power.
In the afternoon, deepen your boxing practice with an extended padwork session, refining technique, timing, and coordination. The day concludes with another relaxed al fresco dinner, supporting recovery while bringing a calm and satisfying close to day five.

Begin your final full day with follow-up fitness testing, revisiting key performance markers to measure progress made throughout the week. This is followed by a high-energy morning HIIT session, integrating the strength, conditioning, and resilience you’ve built.The afternoon is yours to enjoy - spend time at the beach with team games, open-water swims, and sunshine (weather permitting), or choose a fun and competitive afternoon of padel.
As evening falls, come together for a final group dinner. Where the week may have begun with uncertainty, it ends with clarity, connection, and a renewed sense of purpose.

Once you register, you’ll receive an email with detailed information about the week and what to expect each day. You’ll then be sent a registration form to complete, covering your dietary requirements, health and fitness background, and your personal goals for the retreat.

The villa has six double bedrooms and hosts a maximum of eight guests.

No — you don’t need to be an elite athlete to attend. However, you should be reasonably fit and healthy, as the schedule includes 2–3 workouts per day. Sessions may include running, boxing, HIIT, and yoga.
The aim isn’t to break you — it’s to rebuild your durability, resilience, and mental strength in a supportive, structured environment.
