Booking Terms & Conditions

These Booking Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all bookings made with REWIRED Retreat,

the trading name of REWIRED Fitness Ltd (company number 16748123) (“we”, “us”, “our”). By

making a booking, you (“you”, “the guest”) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to

these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

1. Booking & Payment

• A non-refundable booking fee of £500 per person is required to secure

your place on the retreat.

• The remaining balance must be paid by the date specified at the time of

booking.

• Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received and

acknowledged in writing.

2. Cooling-Off Period

Under UK consumer law (The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional

Charges) Regulations 2013), a 14-day cooling-off period may apply to some distance sales.

However, this right does not apply to accommodation, leisure, or event services provided on a

specific date or within a specific period, which includes retreats.

Accordingly, no cooling-off period applies once your booking is confirmed, whether booked

online, by phone, or by email.

3. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in: From 4:00pm on the arrival day

• Check-out: By 10:00am on the departure day

Airport transfers can be arranged on arrival and will be arranged on departure.

Full travel details will be provided prior to the retreat.

4. Fitness, Health & Participation

By booking and attending the retreat, you confirm and warrant that:

• You are in good physical condition and able to safely participate in physical

activity.

• Activities may include (but are not limited to):

• Running

• Swimming

• Yoga and stretching

• High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

• Strength training

• Boxing training (not sparring)

• Team games such as padel

You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for assessing your own fitness and health

• No medical advice is provided by REWIRED Retreat or its staff

• Participation is voluntary and at your own risk

We strongly recommend seeking medical clearance from a qualified healthcare

professional before attending.

5. Medical Responsibility & Insurance

• You confirm that you hold valid travel and medical insurance covering

fitness-based activities for the duration of the retreat.

• We are not responsible for medical costs, treatment, or emergency care

required during the retreat.

6. Assumption of Risk & Waiver

You acknowledge that participation in physical activities carries inherent risks, including but not

limited to injury, illness, or accidents.

By attending the retreat, you:

• Assume full responsibility for all risks

• Waive and release REWIRED Fitness Ltd, its directors, employees,

contractors, and partners from any liability to the fullest extent permitted by law

This waiver does not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by

negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

7. Cancellation Policy – By You

• The £500 booking fee is non-refundable under all circumstances.

• If you cancel your booking, all monies paid will be forfeited unless full

written notice is received at least 30 days prior to the retreat start date.

• Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.

• Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

8. Cancellation Policy – By Us

In the unlikely event that we cancel the retreat, you will be offered either:

• A full refund, or

• The option to transfer your booking to an alternative retreat date

We are not responsible for additional costs incurred (such as flights or personal

expenses), which should be covered by your travel insurance.

9. Photography, Filming & Media Consent (GDPR)

By attending the retreat, you consent to:

• Photography and video recording during the retreat

• Use of this content for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes

post-retreat

This includes use on our website, social platforms, and digital marketing materials.

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. If you wish to

withdraw consent, you must notify us in writing prior to the retreat.

We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and EU GDPR. Please refer to our

Privacy Policy for full details on how your data is collected, stored, and used.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
