Paul is a highly experienced and qualified fitness professional with a strong background in both athletic performance and coaching. Holding a Foundation Degree in Sports Coaching, he is also a Group Fitness Instructor, Qualified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Hatton Boxing for Fitness Coach.
With over 15 years of boxing experience, including 50 amateur and 8 professional bouts, Paul brings a deep understanding of discipline, performance, and technique to his coaching. He has been coaching for more than 10 years, helping clients at all levels achieve their health and fitness goals.
Paul began his coaching journey running high-energy bootcamp-style programmes for over five years, supporting clients through impressive physical transformations. He then helped run a Fat Loss Academy, where he guided hundreds of people to build lasting habits and achieve sustainable weight loss.
Today, Paul leads the Boxlean Academy, combining his expertise in boxing, fitness, and nutrition to deliver expert advice, dynamic online workouts, and a thriving, supportive community of members committed to long-term health and wellbeing
