Kieran
Founder
With over 13 years of experience in engineering, Kieran brings a unique balance of discipline, problem-solving, and precision to his approach to fitness.
A lifelong sports enthusiast, Kieran has been involved in weightlifting, boxing, football, and numerous other disciplines. Having represented Wales in snooker, he developed a sharp sense of focus and mental resilience, qualities that underpin his approach to training and personal development.
After spending more than four years working on yachts, travelling the world and operating in high-pressure environments, Kieran developed a deep understanding of how to perform at your best even under fatigue, long hours, and constant change. His ability to stay committed to training, nutrition, and recovery despite the challenges of life at sea is what fuels his passion today: helping others build sustainable, balanced lifestyles that support both physical health and mental wellbeing.
Driven by a genuine love for movement and personal growth, Kieran inspires others to push their limits, find joy in the process, and unlock the best version of themselves - no matter where life takes them.

Paul
Personal Trainer & Boxing Coach
Paul is a highly experienced and qualified fitness professional with a strong background in both athletic performance and coaching. Holding a Foundation Degree in Sports Coaching, he is also a Group Fitness Instructor, Qualified Personal Trainer, Certified Nutrition Coach and Hatton Boxing for Fitness Coach.
With over 15 years of boxing experience, including 50 amateur and 8 professional bouts, Paul brings a deep understanding of discipline, performance, and technique to his coaching. He has been coaching for more than 10 years, helping clients at all levels achieve their health and fitness goals.
Paul began his coaching journey running high-energy bootcamp-style programmes for over five years, supporting clients through impressive physical transformations. He then helped run a Fat Loss Academy, where he guided hundreds of people to build lasting habits and achieve sustainable weight loss.
Today, Paul leads the Boxlean Academy, combining his expertise in boxing, fitness, and nutrition to deliver expert advice, dynamic online workouts, and a thriving, supportive community of members committed to long-term health and wellbeing.
Ryan
Ryan served 14 years in the British Army, spending over 12 of those as a Physical Training Instructor with the Welsh Guards. Throughout his military career, he prepared infantry soldiers for the physical and mental demands of operations across the world — from the jungles of Belize to deployments throughout Europe and Iraq. These years shaped his disciplined approach to movement, resilience, and mindset.
Following his time in the Army, Ryan transitioned naturally into the world of health and performance coaching. Now a Level 3 Personal Trainer, he coaches from a HYROX-affiliated group training gym, leading group sessions, 1:1 coaching, and online programs through RXN Coaching.
Ryan’s approach combines military precision with genuine encouragement — helping individuals to push beyond limits, build confidence, and achieve real, lasting results — both physically and mentally. His coaching style reflects his belief that true fitness is as much about mental resilience as it is about physical capability.
Chef
Elouise
Elouise trained at Leiths School of Food & Wine in London before beginning her career in fast-paced restaurant kitchens under the guidance of esteemed chefs. She later transitioned into the world of private dining, working as a private chef, chalet chef, and yacht chef across various international locations.
Her experience spans a range of culinary environments—from luxury retreats to exclusive private households— where she developed a style centred on fresh, vibrant, and nutritionally balanced cuisine. While working with a plant-based retreat, she refined her focus on wholesome, seasonal ingredients and creative, health-conscious menus inspired by her travels and local produce.
Elouise is currently Head Chef aboard a luxury superyacht, where she creates refined, wellness focused cuisine using the finest locally sourced ingredients for an international clientele.
